We are so glad you are visiting our website and hope that we can give you some information to introduce you to our ministry and help you with your first visit. We know that the elementary age is an important time in the spiritual development of a child.
Our objective is to partner with parents in creating an environment where, by the time a child leaves our children’s ministry, he/she will:
- Become a Christ follower or have had opportunities to make such a decision
- Be able to articulate his/her faith with confidence and clarity
- Become a contributing member of our church family
- Have a Biblical world view
WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST VISIT
All first time guests check in at the Children’s Check-In Desk. This is located on the south side of the building on the second floor. First time guests will fill out a one-time guest registration form and will be shown their Connection Group Classroom. Children who attend Connection Group and who are staying for KidsROCK will be escorted there by a Connection Group Leader.
KidsZone – Sundays @ 9:00 AM
KidsZone, our graded Connection Group ministry for children Kindergarten-5th grade, presents fun, innovative ways to instill essential truths from God’s Word, fosters health friendships between peers, and builds prayer and Bible study habits that will last a lifetime. Through every activity and interaction, we build core values to equip children for a life in Christ.
KidsROCK – Sundays @ 10:30 AM
KidsROCK, our worship experience for children, engages kids with energetic, upbeat music led by adults and 3rd-5th graders. The weekly Bible story is masterfully presented in video format, and is both engaging and always includes a Christ connection. Missions education is a priority at Faithbridge, therefore missions are taught regularly in KidsROCK. The children participate in mission support through weekly giving.
Awana – Wednesdays @ 6:30-8:00 pm
Awana Club is an exciting ministry of life-enriching experiences for children ages 2 years-5th grade. Trained leaders guide children through age-appropriate lessons. Clubbers learn that God is real, that He loves them and that He has expressed His love through Jesus Christ. They learn to apply the truth of the Bible: honoring and loving God and loving others. Awana Club takes place from August-May and breaks for the summer.
