Our men’s ministry strives to strengthen men’s relationships with God and each other.
In addition to our weekly accountability groups, we have events throughout the year, including retreats, golf tournaments and an annual fish fry. Check out our current offerings below for more information.
CLASSES FOR MEN
Our on-campus classes for men meet Wednesday nights at 6:30 PM unless otherwise noted.
This course is designed to strengthen men through weekly encouragement and accountability, teach biblical masculinity and train them to walk daily with God and be a witness. It is a rigorous course that requires a significant commitment to complete. Mandatory orientation will be held on Wednesday, August 30th in the Front Lobby. Cost is $25.00 for materials.
We will study Pat Morley’s book Man in the Mirror and will look at all aspects of life in relation to God’s purpose for men including identities, relationships, finances, time, temperament and integrity. We will also continue in the 2:7 series and learn various ways to share our faith. This class is open to all men who have completed Yokefellows 1. Cost for materials is $15.00.
Yokefellows 3 is designed to help men build on the spiritual disciplines learned in Yokefellows 1 & 2 as they develop skills for ministry and find a place of service. We will be studying John Stott’s book, Acts: Seeing the Spirit at Work. This class is open to all men who have completed Yokefellows 2. Cost for the book is $9.00.
